I'm really into this shabby chic style of card. I've used a Papermania Signature stamp with a heat gun in Gold powder for the image. My Minds Eye papers are used on the background. Buttons, ribbon and brad from stash. Crown cut from pearlised card on Cricut with Stamping cartridge.

Red and White Christmas Cards
Colour scheme was inspired by Mish Mash who's gone mad on the red and white/cream from Christmas! Really pleased with my results. I have played with a new cartridge on my Cricut and managed to layer the scalloped circles up to create the toppers for this card. A bit of glitter for the paper and the organza ribbon are the finishing touches. The paper is Papermania Home for Christmas which I won on the Winter Wonderland challenge a few weeks ago - lovely!!!

I got most of the inspiration for these cards from the DT at Papertrey through Mish Mash (Michelle Wooderson's blog) I love her ideas and would love to be able to keep up with her!!!! All the DT for Papertey do an annual make for a set of Christmas Cards and leave you a download of their ideas - it's great! So I have had a look at them all (there are about 12 DT members!) and come up with the cards you see here. Go over and have a look!
